As always, it's easy for her to read between the lines with Daryl. Even over text, she knows exactly what he's not saying. That he'd needed help with more than just preparing for a rescue mission. That there'd been a reason Rodriguez had had to seek him out rather than vice versa.
That maybe he's the reason Daryl's still 'ok' at all.
And Rodriguez had known to reach out to him. He'd bothered to find him and he'd known what to do or say to help Daryl get through it. Or at least, he'd tried.
